New issue of The Worker (May 1998), journal of the Communist Party of Nepal!

We are pleased to announce many significant additions to this website. Firstly, we have greatly expanded our India section to commemorate the 26th anniversary of the martyrdom of Charu Majumdar, the great India revolutionary.

We have added a selection of documents from the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (People's War) and from the Communist Party Reorganisation Centre of India (Marxist-Leninist). These include a historic overview of India's protracted revolutionary struggle, a document from the All India Special Conference (November 1995) of the CPI-ML (People's War), and the Programme of the CPRCI(ML).

We have also added Volume II of Suniti Kumar Ghosh's India and the Raj 1919-1947: Glory, Shame and Bondage and his essay 'Development' Planning in India: Lumpendevelopment and Imperialism. Written by a Maoist revolutionary, historian and polical economist, they offer penetrating insights into India's history and economic development.

We have added two new sections. The first will archive historical documents from the Communist Party of China during the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution. The second will begin to give more links to Maoist organizations around the world. We expect to be adding a section on Jose Carlos Mariategui soon as well.

We are also pleased to announce the completion of Volume IX of Selected Works of Mao Tse-tung. We hope to add Volume VIII in the months to come. Finally, we have added some important new documents from the Communist Party of Peru and the Peru People's Movement.
