Note on translations: Most of the translations here have not been approved by the PCP or its generated organisms.   We are going to begin a thorough effort to upgrade these translations in 1999.  We urge our readers to be cautious with the translations made by the magazine The New Flag, as they contain many errors and deliberate changes.
